Service Agreement & Service Terms
For customers who purchased through our website, your use of the Office 365 service, the Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 service and Microsoft Intune service is governed by 21Vianet’s Online Services Standard Agreement.
For customers who purchased through a sales team, your use of the Office 365 service, the Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 service and Microsoft Intune service is governed by 21Vianet Online Services Premium Agreement (available from your sales contact).
Both agreements incorporate the Online Service Terms which includes the Acceptable Use Policy.
Offer Details
Details of the particular Office 365 service features and pricing for the subscription you purchase (including beta, trial or other limited offerings) are explained in the Office 365 Service Descriptions.
Details of the particular Microsoft Intune service features and pricing for the subscription you purchase (including beta, trial, or other limited offerings) are explained in the Microsoft Intune Service Description.
Privacy Statement
The Privacy Statement for Online Services operated by 21Vianet describes the privacy policy and practices that govern your use of Office 365,Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 and Microsoft Intune.

Service Level Agreement
The Office 365 Service Level Agreements (SLAs) describe commitments around uptime and connectivity for Office 365 and Microsoft Intune. For Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2, the Microsoft Azure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) describe commitments around uptime and connectivity for this service. SLAs are not available for services, features, or software that are beta, preview, pre-release, trial or other limited offerings.
